Quest Text

Bestowal Dialogue 'Hello, friend. Welcome to the Wildwood, where even the trees themselves walk and talk and refuse to let you pass. You look like the adventuring type. Maybe you can help. There be a very angry tree blocking the road into the Wildwood. 'Maybe you can talk some sense into it, though I feel as though I have taken leave of my own senses. My grammie would tell stories of walking trees in these forests. Never thought I would see one. My wife insists it be a wood troll, but... you look like you can take care of yourself.' Background Hoping to gather supplies to repair their devastated town, the people of Trestlebridge have opened the gates to the Wildwood. The forest is dangerous, however, and the way is blocked. Objective 1 Talk to the angry tree The angry tree can be found on the road in the northern Wildwood. Talk to the angry tree. Thornmane: 'Well now, little <race>. Do you come as well to strip these lands of their bounty?' You explain the plight of the townsfolk of Trestlebridge. 'Hmmm, hoom. I believe there may be a way we can work together for the benefit of the Wildwood and Trestlebridge both, ta-rum.'
