Bestowal Dialogue

'It is good work that you have done here, Little One, hoom. As promised, I will teach you what trees your townsfolk may harvest. Beside me is a full-grown wilderyew, toom-haroom, and it should not be here. Perhaps a bird carried a seed to the Wildwood from far away lands. Perhaps the Orcs brought the seeds with them, unwittingly as is their way in most things. Either way, wilderyew trees will crowd out others around them and block out the sun. You may mark those you find for removal and use by the people of Trestlebridge.

'The seeds and saplings you gathered will not be ready for planting for some time yet. However, I have brought with me seeds for strong trees that are ready to be sown. Go forth, mark the wilderyew trees, and plant what you may, that the Wildwood grows strong once more.

'I shall continue south, for the trees there whisper enticing rumours of which I wish to learn more.'

Background

Thornmane seeks your assistance cultivating the Wildwood's trees.

Objective 1

  • Mark wilderyew trees (0/8)
  • Plant seedlings (0/10)

Places to plant trees and to mark the wilderyew trees can be found in the southern Wildwood.

Thornmane has asked you to mark the wilderyew trees for culling and to plant the seeds of a less aggressive tree type.

Objective 2

Thornmane is in the southern Wildwood.

You should talk to Thornmane.

Thornmane: 'Shepherding a forest is a balance of plant and cull. With your help, the Wildwood will flourish once more.'
