Quest-givers Locations Inside Starting Tutorial: For Hobbits and Men - Jon Brackenbrook at the Hunting Lodge. [24.9S, 46.9W] For Dwarves and Elves - Dwalin at Frerin's Court. [15.0S, 103.2W] Outside Starting Tutorial: For all Races - Skardí Bendblade at Mossward. [60.7S, 34.6W] After having completed Part 1, you now have 10 LOTRO Points. Talk to [quest-giver]. Click the Unlock button which takes you to the LOTRO Store, and buy the store item "A Little Extra Never Hurts" by spending the given LPs. Click the Finish Now button to complete the quest and receive your rewards. After purchase, this quest becomes unlocked for your account meaning that any character created after can complete the quest for free without having to spend additional LPs. Note: This quest may be completed by every character. If you have missed or skipped this quest during the Starting Tutorial, you can still pick it up once outside from Skardí in Mossward. The reward Trait: Riding Characteristic is auto-applied upon quest completion. However, if your character already has the Riding skill, it will be deposited into your bag and can be sent to another character within same account.
