- Allows the use of One-handed Axes. Axes have a small chance of reducing the target's armour.

Effects
This characteristic allows you to use one-handed axes. For a list of one-handed axes, see One-handed Axe Items.
Equipping an axe makes your melee attacks have a chance to apply 
Armour Rend to the enemy target(s).
