Call to the Valar
Call to the Valar is a so called "long cooldown skill" which serves two purposes:
Firstly, it resets the cooldown timers of the following skills:
It does not reset the cooldowns of other skills, including , , , , and all racial skills, such as Strength of Morale.
Call to the Valar can be deliberately planned to use in specific situations, or can be used as a solution to emergency cases. The first is mainly the case with crowd-control. Think of situations in which you want to use to daze two targets at once, want to have a group locked down with for a longer period, or want to root multiple targets with an Anger buff through . Emergency cases can be when unforeseen you really need healing ( ), power ( ) or crowd-control ( , etc).
Secondly, the skill makes the Lore-master immune to all induction setbacks for a duration of ten seconds. This feature is especially worthwhile in the Ettenmoors, where creeps will not be able to interrupt you while using big damage skills like and , or while pulling power in a raid setting.
There is a significant delay of two seconds right after the skill is activated, during which the Lore-master is unable to use any skills.
