When traited, this skill refreshes the duration of  Fire and Frost Lore on all targeted enemies (if already applied), and applies the effect to enemies within 5 metres that do not already have the effect.

This skill consumes 1 stack of  Ancient Master to become empowered. When empowered, the potency of  Wind-lore is increased by 2.5%, and the target count is increased by 5.

Tactical Information

In group content, this skill should be up on permanent uptime to increase the increase the damage of your allies. Apart from the offensive debuff, the main use of this skill is to spread  Fire and Frost Lore to nearby enemies, when the relevant trait is taken.

It is worth noting that Wind-lore is an AoE skill. While it does not deal damage and thus will not break crowd-control, it might pull additional enemies if not handled carefully.

Also note that the range of the skill and the range of the Lore spread are not the same. It is thus possible to apply Wind Lore to nearby enemies, but not spread Fire and Frost Lore.

When empowered by the Ancient Master, this skill has an increased potency. This one of the most important Ancient Master effects, and should be the go-to option when you need to use a stack. Because regular Wind Lore doesn't overwrite the empowered one, you should keep track of the effect on your enemy target.
