Tactical Information

Fire and Frost Lore is the Lore-master's primary means of reducing the enemy's outgoing damage. This skill should be kept on permanent uptime of all enemies in a fellowship encounter. When traited, Wind Lore spreads and refreshes this effect, meaning that you only need to use this skill once per group of enemies, assuming the effect is successfully spread.
