Effects

Using this skill applies  Weather Blows to the Brawler.

For each point of Mettle the Brawler has when using this skill, the potency of the effect is increased by 1%.

Trait Interactions

• The trait  Enhanced Guard in the Fulcrum trait tree further improves the damage reduction of Weather Blows by up to 6%.
  
• The trait  Hasten Powerful Techniques in the Fundament trait tree makes Set-up skills reduce the cooldown of this skill by 1 second. This effect cannot occur more than once every 2 seconds.
  

Tactical Information

Weather Blows is the Brawler's strongest defensive skills. It is used by Blue-line and Red-line Brawlers alike to reduce their incoming damage for a short duration. To maximize the strength of the effect, it should be used at near-to-max Mettle.
