Effect Information

Using the skill  Weather Blows applies this effect to the Brawler.

For each point of Mettle the Brawler has, the potency of the effect is increased by 1% (up to 9%).

The trait  Enhanced Guard increases the potency of the effect by up to 6%.

This effect doesn't stack with other additive damage reducing effects.
