Effect Information
This effect is inflicted by the River Anduin as it crosses through most of Gondor. The debuff will appear shortly after the beginning of any attempt to swim across between Talath Anor and North Ithilien and trying to swim across between Lossarnach and South Ithilien. The debuff also will appear if there is any attempt to swim around the edges of Osgiliath or in the river as it crosses through the city, including the Wharves district.
