Found roaming the hillside, amongst the Hoar Mantles, Dire Wargs, and a pesky White-footed Hare or two.

Head north into Fornost through the gate, before you reach the steps turn to the east. Once you reach the Hoar Mantles take the north fork, and turn east at the trees next to the broken wall. Continue east until you are amongst the ruins of a building with ten pillars.
