Thanks for adding some of the missing items, good work! I noticed you added the Revered Lore-master's Hat with the wrong name the first time. Hullo! I'll add my thanks for filling in some of these items and icons. But if you're using the item template you need to use an html code instead of an apostrophe ' in order for the tooltip to display correctly. I've just corrected this in the Wildermore items (see Item:Mender's Curio of Wildermore for an example). If you don't want to remember this code (and who would?) you can use the code {{subst:PAGENAME}} for the name parameter and {{subst:FULLPAGENAME}} for the disambigpage parameter, and the template will automatically fill in the correct name with the symbol code when you save the page.
