Goblin Town can be completed by 2 48+ or 3 46+, however one or two extras may well be helpful for Thundergrot, and possibly the Throne Room if fighting the Goblin king.

Suggested Strategy for efficiently completing all the quests and Deeds in Goblin Town.
Note: for a speedier return to Gloin's camp for the quest hand-ins, ride west from Vindurhal and jump over the cliff - defeat by falling will return you to the Gloin's camp circle, will not cost anything in repairs, and dread will have worn off by the time you return to GT.

Outside

• Complete Bilbo's earlier quests - Passage to Darkness, My Dwarf Friends, Preparing for the Dark
• Find both entrances
• Complete the Warg/Glorwen quests from Vindurhal
• Kill goblins for Goblins at the Gate - this one is essential for the main quest line in Goblin Town.

First Visit

• Kill goblins for Order from the Darkness - it should drop fairly quickly. Hand in

Slave Pens

1. Find one of Bilbo's Buttons near the top of the first 2 ramps leading down (deed has to be started to collect dropped buttons).
2. Head to the Slave pens
3. If you have them hand in Down, Down to Goblin-town & A Missing Scout
4. • Other Prisoners
   • Keepers and the Kept
   • Stirring Up Trouble
5. Plan in Motion - don't hand in (unless you have other quests that require the Slave pens).

• Hopefully while doing Slave Pens quests you will have completed Memory of the Wargs. Hand in.

War Steadings

• 2 buttons
• 1 of the 3 names for Leaders of the Deep
• Rumours of the North - Uruk Orders

Outside

• Indecipherable - Gloin/Rivendell

Thundergrot

• 1 button
• Drum-keepers
• Drummers in the Deep
• Back to slave pens to hand in Plan in Motion and collect Matuga and the Jailor's Key

North & Down

• East for the Deep Fires
• Last button spawn
• The Undiscovered Path - Gollum's Cave

Great Goblin's Throne Room

Leave, disband & re-fellow as necessary to reset the instance & force Aklash & Bo... to spawn
