Thorkell

The remains of Thorkell

Thorkell is the deceased brother of the dwarf Thorgest. They used to hunt wargs in the northeast of the Misty Mountains together for their fur, and changed to collecting the scales of worms in the southeast. They traded these with the elves, who used them to make cheap but effective armour. However, during a trip in the Writhenbores-cave, Thorkell was lost to the worms and Thorgest returned home gravely wounded. Thorgest suspects the big and dangerous worm Ruinuan killed his brother.

His corpse and helm is located within the Writhenbores-caves, in the Misty Mountains. ^{[26.3S, 8.8E]}
