Location
The Chamber of Wisdom is a ruined library located in the Great Delving of Moria. [7.8S, 112.3W]
This is one of three ruined libraries within the Great Delving which once stored mining and forging records.
You get here on the Durin's Threshold side of the Dolven View. As you are coming up the ramp southeast, just past where a few Deep Claws stand, there is a path on your left (east). Follow this path and the Chamber of Wisdom will be on your right. The bifurcation is at [7.8S, 112.8W], from there go east.
