The Antlered King may occasionally be found roaming a wide area within the Northern High Pass of the Misty Mountains.

It shares spawn timer with the warg Sulmog, meaning only one or the other may be present at any given time.

The Antlered King or Sulmog are typically found when "The Blizzard," reminiscent of the storm which wiped out the inhabitants of Hrimbarg, happens in the High Pass area of the Misty Mountains. During this intense snow storm, visibility drops to virtually zero and they are most easily found with a Hunter's tracking ability.
