Deep Wound (applied by Thrust) is present replaces Deep Wound Wound for this effect. This effect is applied to multiple targets by the skill 
Cataclysmic Shout.
The trait 
Deeper Wounds increases the duration of this effect by up to 6s, and increases the damage by up to 15%.
The set bonus 
Bleed Them Dry increases the duration of this effect by 4s.
Armour Set Interactions
Equipping 6 pieces of the Umbari Armour of the Crocodile armour set makes this effect no longer consume Deep Wound from the enemy target.
