Gender?

First I wondered over Tílsa's voice, but just a few words do not help much. But in the quest Tílsa says: "This'll be my first time being a guest in her home" and also that she "is a brewer" and continues "maybe a wooden spoon would make a good gift". Just after Henepa Twistknot said: "a new wooden spoon would be great. I lost my old one ...".

Then Henepa's quest reads: "I have a friend coming to visit from afar. Until now we've only exchanged letters. This is my first time meeting her in person, ...".

There are female dwarves in Lotro and the question is if this is another one? — Zimoon 19:30, 2 May 2022 (UTC)

I believed by the voice and the dialogs on the quests you mentioned when I did it on Beta that they are indeed a female dwarf. Eldalleth (talk) 02:32, 3 May 2022 (UTC)
Then we are in agreement.
Though I know the appearance between male and female dwarves is hard to see for non-dwarves, my hobbit could not tell the difference. And it also seems to differ from time to time, as the unnamed vendors do nowadays. — Zimoon 15:31, 3 May 2022 (UTC)
