Buffed stats by +10%

For a buff which is multiplicative like here (1.1 *), you can't multiply the amount of points, because a stat is always internally rounded (already present in game data as such). So 1.1 * rounded(amount) is different from rounded(1.1 * amount).
The only solution is to use an expression like 1.1*@PhyMitT#1.6 See also last example here: Module:CalcStat/doc#Using_Stats
