Tactical damage is damage dealt with tactical attacks. It's based on Tactical Damage Rating. It can be increased by increasing your Tactical Mastery. It can be reduced by increasing your tactical defence.
Tactical attacks are mainly used by minstrels, lore-masters and runekeepers.
