Swartclaw can be found during an encounter of the skirmish Strike Against Dannenglor in Mirkwood. You will have to kill some flying Mirk-crows near [11.7S, 55.1W] in order to make it appear.
- Encounter: A flock of craban screech from a roosting tree up the ramp to the north.
- Encounter Update: As the last craban falls, the pack leader, Swartclaw swoops in!
