Description
Sawlo Puddifoot is the Games-master, during the Harvest Festival, the Party Tree, in the Shire.
He runs the 'Bobbing for Apples' game. Apples are in apple tubs nearby, but just one apple per hour can be picked. Once picked, the effect Apple Bobbing is received.
