Description
Sólver is the Forge-master in Thorin's Hall Homesteads. It is unknown if he is related to either of the other two Sólvers.
A Forge-master can reforge and rename Legendary Items.
Every five character levels, a Legendary item can be reforged at a forge-master, raising its item level, DPS (or Tactical Damage Rating, Tactical Healing Rating, or Incoming Healing Rating depending on the item), and sometimes unlocking additional Tracery slots. This is also your opportunity to rename your Legendary item.
