This is a wrapper quest. This quest is automatically bestowed by entry into the instance: Dol Amroth - Training Exercise After you select your faction to assist, you speak with the Commander again. After you speak with the Commander, all of the other NPCs will run off toward the entrance of Dol Amroth near the Docks. You need to enter Dol Amroth via which ever entrance you desire to support your particular building.

Background Dol Amroth has been taken by corsairs. Select the area of the city you wish to retake then speak to the commander to begin. Objective 1 Speak to the soldiers and select your target building Before the operation can begin, you must select which area of the city you wish to retake.
