Quest Talk:Retaking Dol Amroth

Perhaps the description could be expanded with a way to end it. Does one have to hand the quest in somewhere? Are there hidden objectives? E.g., I went to the Library, punched everybody's cards, there are no more objectives or notes on the map, and I really don't know how to get out.
