Effect Information
Guardians who are in the Improved Guardian's Defence stance will receive this effect with an unlimited duration.
Guardians who strike an enemy with Improved Challenge will receive this effect for 30 seconds.
If an enemy strikes a Guardian under this effect, they will recieve the Pending Fear effect.
