Effect Information
Applied to enemies who attack a Guardian who has the trait Manifested Ire. If they don't attack the Guardian again before 6 seconds have passed, they will receive the Hounding Fear effect. In order to snare the target, the Guardian just has to not be hit for the 6 seconds this debuff is ticking. That includes stunning the enemy, avoiding their attacks, or kiting them.
