• The trait  A Watched Pot in the Rover trait tree makes all Swordplay Critical hits reduce the active cooldown of this skill by 1 second.
• The trait  Strong Arms in the Rover trait tree increases the range of this skill by up to 10m.
• The trait  Balanced Techniques in the Duellist trait tree increases the damage of this skill by up to 25%.

• Fire Pot increases the damage of this skill by up to 11%.
• Jugglery Application Chance increases the proc chance of  Jugglery by up to 33%.
• Thrown Skills Target Resistance reduces the resist chance of this skill by up to 11%.

Tactical Information

Ragged Knife has no use other than to proc jugglery effects. As such, it should be the first skill used to try and apply jugglery.
