Objective 1 Defeat Oathbreaker Champions (0/8) Defeat Oathbreaker Archers (0/8) The Oathbreakers of Parth Celebrant can be found to the north, east, and west of Idmar's camp. Idmar has asked you to banish the shades from Parth Celebrant. Idmar: 'Banish the Oathbreakers, <name>...they present too great a threat to Stangard.' Objective 2 Talk to Idmar Idmar is at his camp along the road in central Parth Celebrant. You should return to Idmar with news of your success. Idmar: 'Thank you, <name>. 'While I am not certain that the spirits will remain at rest, I know that any respite from their fate must bring them joy.'
