You must attain Trial of Madness reputation level with the Reclamation of Minas Ithil in order to get this quest. Talk to Viznak at [66.8S, 0.9E] to start the quest. Note: This is outside right next to the entrance to Barad Elenath in the Circle of madness. Viznak can be found at [53.5S, 27.0E] in Agarnaith.

Background For those reclaiming Minas Ithil from the grasp of darkness, a trial of madness has begun. Objective 1 Talk to Viznak at Barad Elenath. Viznak can be found at Barad Elenath. You should talk to Viznak. Viznak: 'I'm still here. Thanks for the greetings! You have crafty task for Viznak? Sure, why not? I don't like the Blight Lady much anyhow. I'll find that shiny for you! You wait here. Be back soon!' Objective 2 Wait for Viznak to return Viznak can be found at Barad Elenath. You should wait for Viznak. Viznak runs off. - (two minutes) Viznak returns to Barad Elenath, panting heavily. Objective 3 Talk to Viznak at Barad Elenath Viznak can be found at Barad Elenath. You should talk to Viznak. Viznak: 'I'm back! Some good to tell and some bad to tell. Which first, good? 'Good is I know where the shiny is! Bad is that it's back in Agarnaith! '<name>, I want to go home now anyway. Maybe we could go back to Agarnaith together. I'll help you get the shiny you want too! What do you say?' Objective 4 Travel to Agarnaith with Viznak Viznak can be found in Agarnaith near Seregost. You should travel to Agarnaith and talk to Viznak. Viznak: 'Oh, ho, I'm glad to be home! Viznak needs less excitement and more naps for a while. Maybe then I can be ruler of Agarnaith again! It's my swamp, but you can come and visit!' Objective 5 Talk to Viznak in Agarnaith Viznak can be found in Agarnaith near Seregost. You should talk to Viznak. Viznak: 'I overheard those serving the blight lady. They took the shiny to the big keep. It's not very guarded so we should be able to sneak in and get the shiny easily! Come on, let's go!' Complete Instance: The Trial of Madness Objective 6 Talk to Viznak at his hideout. Viznak can be found in Agarnaith at his hideout. You should talk to Viznak. Visnak: '<name>, you live! I was worried. You took a long time to leave Seregost and you spent all of it swinging at things that weren't there and yelling at things that weren't there.
