If we're going to build walls and fences near the fortress, we've got to deal with them. 'Are you up for the challenge?' Background The Morningthaw bears in the Ettenmoors are a hindrance to the Iron Crown's efforts to erect a new defensive barricade. Objective 1 Defeat Morningthaw Bears (0/15) Morningthaw bears can be found around Tirith Rhaw in the Ettenmoors. Soldier Búzog asked you to defeat Morningthaw bears in the Ettenmoors. Objective 2 Talk to Soldier Búzog Soldier Búzog is at Gramsfoot in the Ettenmoors. You should tell Soldier Búzog that the bears are no longer a hindrance to the construction of the barricades. Soldier Búzog: 'Ha! Good job clearing away those vermin. Go grab yourself an extra plate of slop before you head back out.'
