Corsair Slavers and Snipers can be found on their ships in the Corsair Blockade. The Corsair Taskmaster patrols the southern two ships. There are two ropes (labelled To Docks), one on the northernmost ship [84.9S, 32.0W] and another on the southernmost ship [85.7S, 32.0W], that you can use to return to the docks.

Quest Text

Bestowal Dialogue 'A small band of Corsairs managed to survive the battle to retake this city, and form a blockade near the eastern river-gate. We don't want to destroy the ships since the debris would delay our advance towards Minas Tirith. 'We need you to board these ships, and defeat any remaining Corsairs you might find. This is our only solution to clear that blockade, <name>.' Background A band of surviving Corsairs have rallied in the bay of the Anduin, and Thandor has requested your help in dealing with them. Objective 1 Defeat the Corsair forces (0/10) Defeat the Corsair Task-master The Corsair ships can be reached using the boat to the south of the Gondorian Captain. You should board the ships and defeat the remaining Corsair forces. Defeated Corsair forces (10/10) Defeated the Corsair Taskmaster Objective 2 Talk to Thandor Thandor, the Gondorian Captain, can be located in the market east of Tol Ciryarani. You should speak with Thandor. Thandor: 'Well done, <name>. 'I've been told there are no more major groups of resistance left in the bay. With that, our great city should be free from the Corsair threat. 'In the meantime we can moor their ships, and prepare for what is next.'
