Tolwin is determined to show the Easterlings that they are not welcome in Talath Anor and asks you to give them this message. Objective 1 Defeat Sûhalar at Parth Duin (0/12) Parth Duin is located east of Crithost. You should defeat Easterlings at this settlement.
