Walkthrough & Notes

The Angmarim in the instance include Warriors (melee), Sentinels (melee/range) and Priestesses (casters). A small number of Commanders also appear in the instance; these are the ones with  Twist: Inspiring Presence. The mission plays much like an offensive skirmish, with each objective, in turn, ended by clicking on a banner. Although some are too close to the Stolen Supplies to avoid, not all mobs in the instance need to be defeated. Technically, only the ones within about 20-25m of the skirmish flags must be defeated, to trigger the "capture" sequence, which often involves one or more waves of counter-attacks, before the flag can be clicked to be "turned" (goes from red to green). When counter-attacking, most of the spawned mobs converge immediately on the flag. If one wishes to avoid combat, while recovering between waves, engage mobs in or from a "safe spot", the location of which depends on the direction(s) from which the "counter-attack" mobs approach. Their spawns are: Southern Gate: north of the flag Southern Courtyard: north of the flag and on the ramp to the west of the flag Northern Courtyard: east and west of the flag, and at the doorway of a house to the south of the flag (that one doesn't move from the doorway until aggro'ed) Northern Gate: north of the flag The scout and chest appear nearest the Northern Gate flag. After completing your objectives, there is a limited time (2 minutes) before you will be automatically ejected from the instance. You need to find and open the "Mission Reward" chest before this happens. Defeating more enemies does not reset the timer!
