Possible spawning locations: East-southeast of the fork in the main path [16.0N, 36.2W] The lake north of Glad Thaw [15.4N, 43.1W] West of Tholkát [20.9N, 43.2W] Near The Forest Gate [16.9N, 47.9W] Wearing  Fateful Toolkit while completing the quest doubles the amount of Token of the Lake and Rivers you receive. This quest resets twice a week: Sunday at 3:00 a.m. server time Thursday at 3:00 a.m. server time
