Walkthrough & Notes

Speak to Candúr, accept the quest Anglach: The Great Foundry, and travel to the Public Instance Anglach, the Great Foundry.. Anglach on the landscape does not have the enemies required for this quest, only the instance version. Many Mordor Warriors and Mordor Archers can be found throughout the instance. Anglach Hammerers patrol back and forth throughout the instance. Goblin Anglach Forgeworkers are found in Anglach's lower levels, in the large chambers and the tunnel leading to the bottom.

Bestowal Dialogue A note hangs from the board, signed by Barathron: 'I have spotted a large host of enemy Orcs, goblins, and trolls entering Anglach. I fear they seek to reinforce the foundry to continue making weapons of war for the Captain of the Pit. We must attack before they become entrenched! Seek out Candúr at the Udûn Foothold for passage into Anglach.' Warning: This quest requires Anglach: The Great Foundry to be underway. If that quest has been completed or failed, you will be unable to exit and re-enter this instance in order to complete this quest. Background The Captain of the Pit's forces have begun to reclaim Anglach. They must be stopped at all costs.
