You may choose to finish Instance: Ending the Nightmare by taking either Redeem the Abominations from Delwin or Finish The Abominations from Blaire, but you cannot complete both. Rewards for this quest are similar to those of Redeem the Abominations, but show blood in their cosmetic appearance.

Quest Text

Bestowal dialogue 'We have delivered a significant blow to the ranks of the Abominations... now it is time to finish their leader. End this once and for all, Duvodiad. Do not listen to Delwin. It is time to kill these creatures and put an end to them.' Background Blaire wishes for you to defeat all of the Abominations. Objective 1 Defeat Knotfist, the leader of the Abominations Blaire wants you to defeat Knotfist and end the Abominations once and for all. You have killed Knotfist, ending the nightmare Objective 2 Talk to Blaire Having defeated the Abomination leader, Knotfist, speak with Blaire outside Lhan Colvarn. Blaire: 'The deed is done. For better of for worse, we have dealt with these Abominations. Let us leave here and return to camp. We will talk at greater length there.'
