Corsair spotters are usually on the rooftops of buildings: Coordinates Directions / Description [35.5S, 128.0W] Corsair spotter [35.0S, 127.5W] Corsair spotter [34.9S, 127.0W] Corsair spotter [34.2S, 127.3W] Corsair spotter [34.2S, 127.1W] Corsair spotter [33.3S, 126.9W] Corsair spotter You must use the Flag given to you when selecting the spotters for it to count for the quest. The spotters respawn, so you can mark the same spotter more than once. It looks like the Spotter on the platform next to the bridge is impossible to mark. As a workaround you can mark another spotter twice (wait for him to respawn).
