You'll gain a skill called  Free Mind in your Event Quickslot that can be used on enthralled servants, so don't attack them. Lure the Elder Orc reinforcements back into the Quarters and take them down, as Daithúch Wound-drinker will appear in the same spot once they’re defeated.
