This quest is auto-bestowed when Natkam is somewhere in your neighbourhood. Head into southern Rhunenlad and search for Natkam around the first two goblin camps encountered on the Eastern Road. He patrols these camps, around [13.5S, 37.4W] If you do not find him among the camps, check out the top of the hill to the left of the road.

Quest Text

Bestowal dialogue 'The goblins' numbers are great, and they are held to their duty by a ruthless taskmaster. The bond is a frail one, founded upon fear. 'You should seek the goblin-camps on the outskirts of Dol Dinen and find this goblin-taskmaster. If he is slain, the will of the goblins may be broken.' Background A great host of Orcs spilled through Ram Dúath, driving the Men of the North Downs from their farms. Esteldín, home of the few remaining Dúnedain of the North, was spared discovery. It is from there that the Rangers begin to plan their counter-offensive against the black tide of Angmar. Objective 1 Defeat Natkam The goblin-taskmaster patrols the goblin-camps on the outskirts of the Orc-host in Dol Dínen. You should sever the thread that holds the goblins together: defeat Natkam, who leads them. You have defeated Natkam, the leader of the goblins. Their forces will scatter without his brutal will forced upon them.
