- Allows the use of One-handed Hammers. Hammers have a small chance of lowering the target's ability to Evade.

Effects
This characteristic allows you to use one-handed hammers. For a list of all available one-handed hammers, see One-handed Hammer Items.
Equipping a hammer makes your melee attacks have a chance to apply 
Maim to the enemy target(s).
