Description
Mount Vendor is a barterer in Winter-home and at Hengstacer Farm who during the Yule Festival barters Mithril Coins for mounts from previous Yule Festivals.
She was introduced during Yule Festival 2013.
Note: The NPC's appearance changes on every visit.
