Many Hands in the Rover trait tree makes this skill have up to a 100% chance to restore Power to the fellowship.

Tactical Information
Motivating Song is the Mariner's motivate skill. Although it provides the Morale, only Captains can provide the In Defence of Middle-earth effect, so make sure to defer to the Captain, if they are present.
