Description
This effect can be achieved by handing in the quest item Mírdanant that drops from the dragon Thorog in Helegrod. The item is handed in at the Spire of Meeting in Rivendell at [29.9S, 4.7W]. Every player in the near vicinity will get the effect. They don't need to be in the same raid for it.
