Location
Kulgrú, Mistress of the Household is found in the 3-man instance the Court of Seregost. She is the first boss of the instance, and is fought together with her brother Gorkasak, Captain of the Guard.

Tactics
On tier 2, Kulgrú bestows a nasty bleed on the player she is aggro'd on from close range, easily killing hardy tanks. If needed, Kulgrú can be kited by the tank, preventing her from bestowing the DoT.
Like other merrevail, Kulgrú can perform an induction-based screech which will stun her target. The attack can be cancelled by interrupting the induction, or by moving out of range before the induction finishes.
