Using the skill  Rapid Techniques makes this skill have no cooldown for 6 seconds.

• The trait  Strong Foundations makes Javelin Builders reduce the active cooldown of this skill by up to 2 seconds.

Tracery Interactions

• Mastery Cooldown reduces the cooldown of this skill by up to 5.5 seconds.
