I don't think we can say this is " very rare world drop " since i got 20 in one day,and i have some 100 in storage from playing one toon just last week FranzBoromir (talk) 01:05, 22 August 2017 (UTC)

SSG clearly changed the drop rate on this Lootbox. I don't konw if that change is permanent or just another "lootbox weekend". There has been a lot of chatter on the forums about the fact that the only decent gear is now "P2W" i.e. it is in the lootboxes, but you have to buy a Key from the Store to open them!

Possibly Obsolete

I think this item has been replaced with the Traveller's Steel-bound Lootbox until 10 levels before level cap when the Adventurer's Steel-bound Lootbox now drops. My assumption is this pattern will continue through future expansions. Either way the Gorgoroth Steel-bound Lootbox no longer drops on landscape.
