This item may be purchased from the LOTRO Store via the Get Promotion Points button at the bottom left of the Epic Battles window and is automatically applied to your character, granting 10 Promotion Points.
- Accelerate your expertise with these Promotion Points! Apply these points in the Promotions section of your Battle for Helm's Deep window to upgrade your skill tree.
- *Note: This item may only be used ten times per character. Each character can only ever spend 512 promotion points. Points purchased that exceed that cap cannot be spent.
