Using this skill applies the following effects to the Captain:

Skill Interactions

This skill is changed from  Inspire (Blade-brother) when the Captain is using  Stand Alone. These 2 skills share the same cooldown.

Trait Interactions

  • Specializing in the Lead the Charge trait tree makes this skill apply Lead the Charge to the target upon a critical hit.
  • The trait  Reversal in the Hands of Healing trait tree makes this skill apply Reversal Melee Damage to the Captain upon a critical hit.

Tracery Interactions

Armour Set Interactions

Equipping 2 pieces of the Umbari Armour of the Commander armour set acquired from the Depths of Mâkhda Khorbo Raid increases the damage buff potency of Self-motivation by 10%.
Equipping 6 pieces of the Umbari Armour of the Commander armour set makes  To Arms (Blade-brother) reset the active cooldown of this skill.

Tactical Information

This version of Inspire only grants the Captain a buff. For this reason, this skill is not commonly used in fellowships. Alternatively, it is a strong skill for world content.
