Description
This effect appears to all players within the bounds of Ost Ringdyr, Ettenmoors - apparently whenever the Free Peoples have obtained control of both Artifacts in the Ettenmoors and have them stored safely at Ost Ringdyr.
Artifacts:
- Requires The Fragment of Mordírith's Crown be held by the Free Peoples in the Ettenmoors at Ost Ringdyr.
- Requires The Gift of the Carrock be held by the Free Peoples in the Ettenmoors at Ost Ringdyr.
